Why The Lot Number Is The Most Important Thing On The Label
A lot number ties one vial to one batch record. Without it, a certificate is just a PDF.
Every production batch gets its own identifier, called a lot or batch number. It is printed on the label of each vial from that batch.
What It Connects
The lot number links three things: the vial in your hand, the batch it came from, and the lab report for that batch.
How To Use It
- Read the lot on your vial.
- Open the certificate for that product.
- Confirm the lot on the certificate is the same.
When Lots Change
A new batch means a new lot and a new certificate. Results from an older lot do not carry over.
On This Site
Each product page shows the current lot and links its certificate. You can also search any lot on the Lab Testing page.
